I experiment around and I think that you start high work your self lower as you move toward the trance and the lower freq . does tend to drone on..
you need to hide it .. I do the nyquist wave and move it down to a nice hidden drone ...

a trance will rest the body ,, but will not rest the mind.. if you do it to in a loop you will wake up tired ..
It sound like you are really susceptible to a trance .. it varies from person to person... I personally had to work at it ..

Doc "What is you neck 17-18?"
I said "I like it comfortable and go for 19..."

something you may want to try.. record your own script... or someone else script... if you are doing the recording you can trust your own voice .. more than some else... ie lower you defenses a little .. Choose a induction that works for you... record it with audacity and all the mistakes then quick...

try an ericksonian induction... it wanders like your brain.. and seems to work for me
