OK... When listening to anything at any time, what you hear will be remembered on some level. However, for the purposes of training the mind the effect is likely to be almost completely insignificant unless you listen to the same stuff 100s of times, maybe even 1000s, and even then you can't be sure...

An excellent summary. For feedback purposes, I would urge some caution on points 1 and 2 though. If you want the listener to be thoroughly in trance before the suggestions start, then I would recommend a 10 to 15 minute induction/ deepener. Some people just don't go under that easily. Of course peop...

Re: Subliminal Files in Music

Well, for me the whole point of binaurals, or any other kind of beats, is to slow your brainwave freqs, which isn't exactly necessary when you're asleep. In fact if it worked, it would actually keep you from going deeply asleep. As to listening while asleep, the accepted theory is that it has no eff...

I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with you here but that is some warped logic saying that a person isn't capable of making a choice for themselves until they hit 18 or 21. This is hypnosis, not heroin. Binaural beats is a way of putting some sounds into a recording that puts your brain into theta state. Your normal waking brainwaves are alpha. When you enter trance they change to theta. The frequency of theta waves is about 6-7 Hz. So by having a tone of 6-7 Hz playing in the background it stimul...
