You should expect post hypnotic suggestions to be harder to use because they rely on you visualising while you are awake and not so suggestible. Keep at it. In any case, most files need several listens before the desired effect really starts happening.

OK as nobody else has, I'll post a reply. I'm no expert but this is the answer to the best of my knowledge. Thing is, I'm not sure exactly what you're after. Subliminals, AFAIK, take weeks or even months of regular listening to have any effect. This is more for those who want to encourage themselves...
