I'd meditate on what you really want out of hypnosis. Physical symptoms are often a sign of brain functioning. If you have butterflies in your stomach, that often means something excites you. But if you are getting physically ill, you might want to rethink what you are doing.

I had a similar thing happen a few years ago while experimenting with some self-induced hypnosis. However, most of the changes reversed once I stopped my program.

I think it's going to be unlikely. Unfortunately, reversing the body's type to a younger age seems extremely difficult to do. Unless you naturally have the pre-adolescent look, I'd say you have a long road ahead of you.

Meditation is a way of clearing the mind to determine what you want. Hypnosis, on the other hand, is a way of programming the mind to achieve what you (hopefully) want.

Used in combination, they are very powerful tools.

I really like the script for this file. I think I'll start listening to it in addition to my meditation. I've had only limited success with physical transformation before, but I think I have enough knowledge now to get something like this to work. Now it's just a matter of time to see what happens.
