put very simply ....tracing is not sleeping .. i don't recommend looping or anything like that .. you will wake exhausted and left with 1/2 memories...

if you plan on doing right before bed .. go for it , but make sure it is not going all night ..

regardless of what you think of the work... you have to give Major his prop's for the layering he does in the audio track...it is actually amazing the amount of work he produces given the time that has to go into each recording .. sleep is not a trance .and trance is not sleep... if you listen to a file all not, you have not slept .. that being said you wake tired .. and after a few days of this you will be exhusted .. using as a subverse or covert trancing ...well it could work ... just limit it otherwise you might get found...

I was never able to do trance until I recorded my own..never able to =trust anyone else 's voice.. also try a eriksonain induction worked for me. where I have a more active mind.. good luck

I recall listening to the robot bodybuilder file and it has actually worked a tiny bit, and it's kind of like both fantasy and motivation combined. When I workout I do feel fatigue, but I don't feel the discomfort I used to feel while free lifting weights, nor do my wrists hurt while I do push ups ...

picked up combo mic and stereo head phones and connected to the laptop. the combo is for gaming and talking to your competitors.. it was cheap under $15
then used audacity ... which is free ware
