I'd probably say Enchanted Keyboard, as while that one can involve some pretty advanced stuff, you can still use it to get you to do stuff that doesn't require so much imagination.

If you look that list over carefully you will see that there are a few that are not sexual or fetish related. However if none of those files are acceptable to you then I don't have any other suggestions for you other than suggesting that you might want to look at hypno-files.com to see if there are any files there that might be more acceptable.
