File type subliminal

Hi,
some files have a subliminal version according to their description here,
does it means that with the correct subscription (Premium ?) I can download that subliminal version and listen/train during the day in the bus or during lunch break without having to go into trance ? like the Canine Subliminal file for example ? How will be the results ?

I often don't have time to trance and would like to experience some file like CCP, Deny Orgasm or Cal Curse like that.
