So I have some videos of rapidly flashing pics with text on them, but it goes so fast that you can't read anything.

Has anyone ever used these and found that they worked? I'm assuming it's due to subliminal messaging, but I was wondering how long one needs to watch, etc to them. What do y'all recommend? Are they even worth it?

I am always wondering about effectiveness of subliminals. I have tried audio, and suprisingly, it worked with the ones I have tried. I don't know much about video. But you can try watching it and see if you feel anything afterward. Maybe give it a few tries. Basically, see for yourself and make your own decision on it.
