Help with Keyboard Curse

For anyone who doesn't know, the Keyboard Curse is basically the Swiss army knife of files that let's you command yourself by typing whatever you want to happen and finishing it with The End.

I've had mild success with the Keyboard Curse but I seem to hit a plateau. I can get mild phantom feelings but I can't seem to control anything else at all regardless of how often I listen or how well I go under.

Does anyone know why this is the case and what I can do to have it take better affect? I really want for this file to work.

There was a really good thread in the success forum that had some suggestions on how to use this file, but I believe it was lost in the crash. I remember finding a few other helpful posts when I did a search on a similar topic - try in success and in this forum and maybe general too.
