Trying to hypnotize a friend

Hi. I was wondering how I can hypnotize a friend of mine. He wants for me to do it to him. I am not very good at hypnotizing people,but I try. I was wondering if there is a file that will put him under but listen to me only??

If you have him pre train to the Failing to Resist Trance Trainer, he should drop on a trigger.

Does the file have a trigger or do I have to make one up ??

It has a trigger set:
Relax
Totally focused on the voice
All the distractions fade away
Nice deep comfortable trance
Deeper and deeper.

The use of these phrases should be fairly obvious.
