Editing form topics

Posted on this form want to edit what I posted but cannot find the link to do so. Where is it located.

Previously you couldn't, I've changed the settings, you can now edit a post for 3 days after it is posted.
No matter where you go, there you are.

The post I am looking to delete does not have that ability to remove it
