How long should a deprogram file be used? Does it differ when something was a curse/addiction file?

repeat until the file(s) affecting you seem to have no more influence on you.

I'm trying your Deprogram All file.
Will it work for files by other people, or just your files? You keep mentioning you and your files and triggers.
Also, in the intro, you mention no exceptions, including "the big one". What is the big one?
