what do people find as the best inductiona nd deeper combo to use on vh??

i don't know why but i find it hard to concentrate on the screen, can anyone help me pleeeeeeeeeeaaaaaasssssseeeee???

I modified the default induction to make it a little longer, adding more lines about "focusing" on the spiral and her voice {I use "Mary in Hall"} and with longer pauses between lines.
I use the default deepener.
