How long does it take for stuff to wear off?

Postby abby1 » May 20th, 2024, 9:21 pm

I think I overdid it here and else where the past few weeks and now I have tried listening to several “deprogramming” files. I now just have a massive headache and feel even worse. How long will it take for stuff to just go away on its own? Am
I screwed?

How long it takes is a complicated question. I've seen people have a file work only once, and then I had another who had a trance trigger work years later. In general, the more distant the memory becomes the less effective it will be but you occasionally end up with one that gets stuck in your mind. The trick then is to find something to take your mind off it until it's effectiveness fades.
No matter where you go, there you are.

A headache sounds like your brain is under stress, possibly conflicts between the files you had listened to and the deprogramming files. Some files are known to have countermeasures against deprogramming and will fight you on it.

As for "take your mind off of it", generally finding something that utilizes your focus helps such as reading a book.

.
Agreeing with EMG & rw789
Focus first on cooling the headache
- soothe that first

After that -
come back here to the WMM site

Come back to keep trying to deprogram
- or maybe come overdo it (just a little)
- how can anyone resist the intensity ?
- did you see what's new !?

Hypnosis is funny that way
The chains of habit are too light to be felt until they’re too heavy to be broken.
