what form of a file works the best? just name them in order from worst to best please

That's imposible, because they work differently on different people. What is the truth for somebody else may not be the truth for you.

Personally, I'd favor binaural higher than subliminal, but a lot of people might disagree.

You need to try them all, and find out for yourself.

Just for the record, I'm one of those who disagree. I love subliminals, but I don't see much point in Binaurals. *shrugs*
