Obedience?

Postby demigraff » November 14th, 2006, 7:32 am

Wow ... just chcked the voting page, and for the first time one of our suggestions has nearly got to 100.

(The file is "Obedient Puppy" ... causes the listener to obey commands like 'sit' or 'stay' whenever they are wearing a collar)

In celebration of this momentous occasion, I'm going to write a script for the file. If someone is willing to buy me a decent mic, I'll record it too :) I don't think my voice is good for this kind of thing, but a few friends seem to think otherwise.

Wish me luck :)

(and on a slightly related note, is KRec well suited to this kind of recording, or will I need to bother getting some other application? I've got FC6 now if that matters)

You don't even need a decent mic, a $12 one from anywhere will do the trick. It's probably more about volume and compression than the hardware.
