If I was to make this file, I would put something like : This file will not take effect if someone changes a diaper you already have on. The person that put the diaper on you can designate another person that can change the diaper and whether you can ask this person for a change or have to wait for this person to check to see if you need a change. You will remain diapered until the person that diapered you takes off your diaper and tells you that you can leave the diaper off. If the person that put the diaper on you takes off the diaper so you can take a bath and doesn't tell you that you can leave the diaper off, you will make sure this person re diapers you when you are finished with the bath.
