about voting

hello everyone, im just quorious on how the voting page works. when a file is submitted to be voted on, is it for EMG to make or a file that i personally have created and would like to upload.

Anything on listed on the voting page is fair game for you to create and upload.

It's a place where any member can describe a hypnosis fantasy, and then other members get to say 'me too'.

so in other words if i can think of a cool idea for a file i can post it to be voted on and anyone can create it especially if it gets alot of votes and is accepted or what ever.
