Jamaica is probably a bad place for gays I hear crappy dancehall(reggae rap) from cars and apartments with lyrics about killing gays in jamaican gang slang all the time. Rastafarianism is very homophobic .most jamaicans are fairly tolerant it is the gangsta types or shottas in jamaican slang and the fundamentalists you need to atch out for.
