I'm trying the trigwerewolf file and i'm having some problems. I have no problem falling under trance and remembering what's in the file, but when I say the trigger phrase, my body starts shaking uncontrollably instead of transforming. It's like my body is trying to transform, I can even feel myself pushing at it and my voice does transform into a wolf's, but I just keep shaking with no other result. Is this normal and I just need to keep listening, is my mind going to melt if I keep listening to this, is the file just not going to work for me, please help!!!

Sounds like some manner of mental self-defense. You might want to hold off on listening to that one for a while, or maybe try a different file to see if you can use other triggers without so much trouble.
