Judging by the description, it's probably anthro, so there would be very few drawbacks.
I'd suggest you check the file all the way through (Usually with EMG's files I seek to a point where he doesn't say "down" or "deeper", usually ~10-12 minutes in) and see if it contains certain suggestions. It might explicitly say it's permanent, it might get you to keep listening, or it might just be temporary or triggered.
Either way, I'm not talking from experience. :roll:
