Just wondering what the difference between these are and which one is more recommended.

The fantasy I'm looking to have happen is to have a trigger that will make me blank. My partner would then command me to do some thing (bark like a dog, think I have breasts, moo, forget my name, etc) and I would have to comply. Both these seem like they would accomplish the goal, but how are they different?

I don't have enough knowledge to tell you how to get in that sort of mental state, but the difference seems to me to be this: Brain drain as you call it is simply a blank state of mind, where you are very open to any order to do something or act in a certain way, whereas 'blank doll' would be very similar except you would feel like an object, such as a doll or mannequin, that maybe can be posed or molded etc.
