Direct Line Subliminals vs Full

Hi all,

Was wondering if anyone had any resources or thoughts about subliminals, the kind that seem to be more self help and direct single lines vs a full induction. It seems like the subliminals on this site are the same recording just quiet or hidden. I know that there are some files that do a hybrid, a main file with those one liners in the background. Seems mostly what is on youtube.

Like the one liner's both in first and third person:
I am
You are
I dream
You dream
I manifest
You manifest
I create
You create

Seems on here we're calling them mantras?

Guess main question is quicker results: a full hypnotic file vs one liners. Just wondering if anyone had some thoughts or experiences?

I've had some success with both full hypnosis files and subliminals, but the subliminals I did in a particular way. My techniques were:

-use short statements

-avoid double negatives (e.g. "I won't forget") so that if a word is missed it doesn't contradict itself

-statements in first person

-record / TTS it, then SLOW it right dooooowwwwwnnnnnn.

-Don't make it silent! Put it low in the mix and cover with some constant noise, in my case soft music and pulsing tones

That worked for me. Hope it was some help.

Really great tips from zapnosis.
I don't think subliminals are as good as regular files, though.

Auditory subliminals can be quite complex and still work; I've put a whole file under waterfall noise, played it aloud and had it work. I'd tend to second Zapnosis on simpler is better, but many (possibly even most) hypno files will convert to subliminal simply by turning the volume down to -30db and adding a -12db cover layer.
