I've got a file that I am really excited to put out, but I don't know if this is what I want its final version to be. How should I go about beta testing it - do I just upload it and if I think it can be improved, I re-upload it as "redux" or something? Otherwise where would I find beta listeners?

How about putting a bit of info about the file in here or one of the other topics and asking for some listeners / alpha testers.
You can then get some feedback and rework the file if needed

It's a very well done file. Sugesstions are well framed. There is a beautiful simplicity. It doesn't try and do too much and it's not some fantastical, unrealistic end result like too many files here. There is a circular logic and repitiveness that you get lost in. By the end it just feels natural.
