Looking for a recording to relax the muscles particularly the bowel and bladder. (when in diapers)
New to this site but I've tried and tried and have a difficult time telling my inerds to let go.
Last time I waited for 18 hours and still had to force it.
Also it would be nice to have a general tape hypnosis or subliminal capable of being back masked onto your favorite music.
