Pet Dog Training

can anybody make me a file that will make me into a pet dog to anybody who locks a collar around me neck a file that keeps me as a pet dog (on all fours barking eating dog food obeying mistress's or master's commands unable to speak or understand english)I remain as a pet dog until the collar is removed by the person who put it on me and only them.
