A file for a new form of chastity

My idea would be a new file for stopping men from jacking off. The file would put them under and they would pick up needlepoint or crotch and don't relize what they are doing .Or even go to the fact that they rub themselves but cant get turn on unless they do the female task.Maybe if they get a needlepoint project done they are allow to milk. Just wonder if it can be done.
