I'm curious the interest in something like a file that will cause your balls to shrink and retract into your body and become useless and your ballsack to shrink till it is flat against your crotch.
this is something I want without the penis shrinking part for now.

a penis without balls/ballsack looks a lot cleaner. that is part of it.
