The idea of this file would be a precursor to brainwashing the individual.

Sure I mean basically something that would slowly cause the person more and more insomnia. With the Confusion part basically randomly through the day or perhaps with a trigger they would feel a sense of confusion. I know it is a basic file idea but I think it would help along the process of some other files

That sound really dangerous. Sleep deprivation can kill.

Still each to their own I guess.

That's a good enough point... what about changing a person's sleep cycles so they wake up every 1 hour to 2 hours

there are a couple files designed to destroy your sleep already on here. personally i am with diode, messing with your sleep can be dangerous. if someone is doing brainwashing that intense they would likely be supervising it, or at least should be.

Making a file that actually deprives people of sleep seems to be a long way to go for the desired effects (increased confusion and suggestibility). Why not just make a file that just befuddles the listener?

That would be good enough for but not like a bimbo file just a confusion file

May I recommend instead of making someone actually sleep deprived maybe making them feel like they are for a couple hours or an hour..... You can imitate the feeling and experience of brainwashing by imitating the symptoms without actually causing harm or damage to a person, and this is what I recommend...
