I was watching an old animated cartoon and in one scene the classic good & evil consciences poofed onto the characters's shoulder, this inspired me with an idea: what if you could see and hear a manifestation of pure sexuality? Akin to the classic trope it would be a version of yourself but with a heavy sexual emphasis in clothing (or lack thereof) and manner of speech. Again, liken the typical counterpart it would consistently lead, plead or berate you in acting in as sexual a way as possible; possibly even with a variant on the script for gender focus, but always the goal of making you as sexual a being as possible. You could even have bimbo, nympho, milk maid, slave or sissy variants too, really any form of ... sexual self improvement that we strive for.
