I love going in my diapers but often have problems urinating and having bowel movements

Suggestion: Running loop soft female voice backed by ocean waves. No induction no coming out.
ONLY when in diapers
The listener will feel like they were just given an enema and cannot contain themselves.
At the same time the listener is catheterized and no longer controls their urine.
