I've been listening to the file for over a year now, and it seems to work pretty well, i've had one email master use it on me and he could pretty much get me doing anything, even stuff i really didn't want to. I don't tell anyone to do anything.

I tend to send stories at first, like 'mindless doll', 'dolly suit', 'Juanita the Maid'.

I sometimes send a 'relaxation' trigger that I made up for one of my early email slave 'subjects' when he was getting stressed or nervous.

I usually send a questionnaire as well to ask them about their experiences with 'email slave' and see what sort of things they are into.

Sometimes I do some slightly erotic suggestions, like erotic underwear, chastity underwear, or the 'sexual' thumbs.

I like to do a lot over IM that way I can get some instant feedback.

I'm 'working' with a couple of ES's at the moment that have desires to experience certain persona's that are different to their own. So that's turning out to be fun. I may start posting some Journal entries about some of my experiences with email slave.

I also send suggestions to one guy who started a relationship with a girl, and did her a demo with him over IM. She was mightily impressed and started listening to email slave also. So I gave them sexual suggestions like 'chastity briefs' that meant they could get horny, but not intimate with each other. They had to email me for permission. I only did that for a couple of weeks, they enjoyed that. I also do erogenous zones somewhere on their body (like the back of the neck, back of the knees, elbows etc.) and thell their partner where that is. They love it when they are doing the washing up and the other person comes up and starts stroking their neck which makes their knees buckle for example.

I also gave them, with their permission, a suggestion or two for while they were out. For instance kiss-me-quick-release hands. that one meant that while they were walking around the mall shopping, they would hold hands. Like any normal dating couple. But in order to let go, for instance to open a door, or pay for goods, they had to give a quick kiss to the other person. Hence kiss-me-quick-release a combination of kiss-me-quick and quick-release.

Also with those two I gave them, on alternate nights a slave suggestion where they would respond to the other's voice commands, and they would be a sex slave for the evening. Their own pleasure and arousal was suppressed, and they were only allowed to orgasm if permission was granted. Otherwise their whole 'purpose' for that evening was to please the other person.

So, yeh, I'm happy to do this.

I just got the mindless doll story, and it worked really well.I was sitting on the edge of my bed, and as I was reading the email I could feel the transformation taking place, like a sensation moving through me, or an awareness really.. indescribable.
