Lucid dreaming is something I've always wanted to try to start doing. I understand that there are various awareness 'exercises', that some folks say will make a lucid dream more likely, I just haven't got into it too much.

I'll keep this file in mind. Good luck mate :)

I occasionally get lucid dreams naturally, but have had no luck whatsoever with any of the lucid dream files. Back in the 1980s I read Patricia Garfield's "Creative Dreaming" and had success using the exercises in the book. (The biggest one seemed to be writing down my dreams while they were still fresh in my mind.) I have no idea of the availability of the book these days, and all her books after it seem to have been on New Age type stuff, unfortunately.
