zjohns anything to help get your trancing ability up is good, when you're new to trance it takes a while to get used to it. Also make sure its part fo a daily routine, and make sure you listen at least once or twice, train sex women doesn't have the permanent aspect to it, so CFS is more powerful i would suggest CFS twice and then if you have time then train sex women.

The thing I guess I think is easy is good but arnt the things that are worth it harder?

I dont think a persons sexuality is ever 'FIXED' its always in flux and new thoughts and feelings can appear at any time.

Yeh I am sceptical about most hypnosis, I know it can alter the way you percieve yourself but ive had a lot of lengthy discussions with my hypnotherpaist and my boss who is also a hypnotherapist.
