Does anyone have any good experiences with this file? I'm trying it starting tonight, but I'm curious as to whether or not anyone else has. It has a 5 star rating with 1 vote, but no results have been posted.

For the two times I've listened to it, I didn't notice any physical change, rather an obsession with how i can make my butt bigger using exercises and diet. So yeah, good file.
