Advice on Shrink files

I have looked at all of them, listened to Teeny Weeny once but I would like to know which one has had the best success.

I am a believer but desperately want results and don't want to waste time.

looking at all the pics, one thing I do not see is any change in girth. Teeny Weenie talks about girth loss but I am not seeing any.


Advice?
