How do you know it's working? What are your experience on this?

There's a huge thread on this already, fyi. Anyways, everyone is a bit different. Some guys slowly turn over time while some guys (me) suddenly snap without noticing any change until right then. Imma be honest it feels much better masterbating to guys and penis than girls and tits. I haven't even listened to like three weeks.
