At least I think so. It was totally different from any other time I had been using the files. Normally I relax a lot but my eyes tend to do a lot of movement and they strain and it really makes it hard for me to go into trance. I know this was trance though, I had it playing the focus induction and then 2 deepening bodies and a wake up. I sort of felt tingly all over, my eyes stopped moving, and all of a sudden EMG's voice seemed very far away. Then I couldn't move (or I didn't want to...not sure on that one). When he reached 5 in the wake up my eyes snapped open and I could move again. yay! ^_^
