Anyone share their experience with rapid/instant inductions?

Has anyone here trained with induction trigger phrases, like the ones found in Bubble Induction, to instantly go into a deep trance, which can then be used before other files effectively?

Also will the trigger reinforce itself by just using it (like at the beginning of other files), without needing to go back to the original trigger training file to reinforce it?

Also how deep do you go when you hear it? Do you get in a light trance and progressively go deeper, or do you drop in deep instantly?

And how suggestible are you to the files that you use it in?

I feel like there isn’t much discussion about using files to train this type of trigger, except most people’s advice is go see a professional hypnotist to install one.

I would love to hear some experiences with this. I’ve been wondering about Bubble, but I’ve also noticed that in several of EMG’s recent files, at the end of the induction, he’ll say something like “From now on whenever you listen to any of my files, you’ll go immediately into a trance just as deep as you are now, or deeper.” The only thing for me is that I’ve never gotten into trance the first time, so going into a trance just as deep as my non-existent current trance doesn’t help me much!
