So, it's not dramatic, but I had a success today. I listened to a file on youtube that hypnotizes the viewer to be mute, unable to make noise with their voice, for an hour after.

It worked! I can't make noise. If I try, the impulse or desire fades at the last moment. If I try to push through it, I just end up holding my breath back and not letting myself make a sound. It's honestly pretty great. Like I said, it's a fairly small thing compared to what some of you are getting, but having a good success is encouraging for me!
