Trigmass

I find it very hard to believe that such a thing is possible, after many failed attempts. I've listened to the mp3 a few times and it seems useless. It says that you can tell your body to increase in fat or build up muscles. It also says that you can lose weight.

I've tried telling my body to gain 30 pounds of muscle, but nothing ever happens. I know that it's supposed to take about 5-10 minutes for it to work, but nothing ever happens.

Has anyone else tried this, and has it worked for you?

I think it works more on long term. I have been doing self-trancing for about 2 weeks and I lost 7 pounds. Not sure how much muscle I gain but it is better then when I started. 1 pushups to about 20 in one week. Now my arms have been dead for a while since they are on continous workout (uncousiously, i am not actually working out)

I am trying it too..I've listened to it once..And told myself to lose 10 pounds of fat. I felt something. But I'm not sure yet.
