Not quite ready to post pics, but over the last year and a half, I've lost about 50lbs, got my bodyfat percentage from about 40% to 25%, and have set a personal record on my deadlift (not gonna post numbers because I'm too embarrassed here).

My goal right now is to keep cutting fat, wanna lose another 15lbs, and also get down to about 15-20% bodyfat before I do my first ever clean bulk over the fall and winter. Medium-term goal is to be at a lean 205lbs ( so 10-15% bf) before I look at getting bigger. But I want to be bigger. I wanna be a 240-260lbs bodybuilder, man. :) :)

Realistically, it's gonna take me years to get there. I could be a 260lbs fat guy in no time, though. My lean body mass is about 165lbs right now (at around 210lbs total)...for 240lbs, at even 10% body fat, I'd need lean mass in the area of 210-220lbs. Even if I can add 10lbs per year of lean muscle, that's still 4-5 years of hard work....and muscle gets harder to build the bigger you get.

So, yeah, a 200-210lbs bodybuilder is my medium-term goal...but one day.... :) :)

Awesome progress for both you guys. I have a weigh-in with my personal trainer coming up, so if the numbers are good, I'll post some "before" and "during" (nowhere near the "after" bit yet) of myself. :)

Sly, you mentioned you wanted to compete one day...how far out do you think you are from doing an actual competition?

I made a resolution at the beginning of this year that by next January I would be in shape for the next local natty competition. So, 7 months?
