Best jock file?

So I'm looking for a jock file. Not something too extreme - just increased motivation to go the gym and work out. I'm not sure about all the personality changes and stuff - I do like my geek interests - but I don't mind the more submissive gay aspects of some files - I'm gay anyway but it might be fun to change some desires ;). Can you make a recommendation?
Alternatively if you are a male tist - feel free to hit me up, if you don't mind working with a inexperienced guy.
