I am looking into do a little more work .. a little diffferent from the robot BB series . looking into this I am looking to optimize hormones through optimizing behaviour... ie sleep to boost gh and T .. diet to imrove Testosterone etc.. nuts and vegies ..not drinking coffee to improve sleep ..less sugar to promote balance insulin etc..

anything else out there I have not thought of...
as well as some sort of rest cycle to improve healing, and of course GH

speaking of which
Kudo's to evanhypnosis ultra depth porn mirroring (MP3).mp3
while the porn part is not my cup of tea the file took me about as deep as I every went ..I was out .. and next thing I know he is counting .. quiet restful for a 1/2 hour ..

he has a pretty good voice for it , very calming and deceptively slow easy going ..
I recommend a listen

Well you can kind of stimulate testosterone increase through pure hypnosis alone, but only enough to do basic things like be aroused get some energy to work with. Nothing to actually boost your testosterone through arousal.

The most important part of the workout is the workout itself, which needs to be safe and done correctly. Fighting through the pain as you max yourself out.

The other things are equally important like proper sleep and eating right. Adding a dash of fantasy to those things usually works well. Something about how your muscles grow even faster when you sleep or you lose fat even faster when you eat right. It's not stretching the truth, but in a hypnotized person's mind it probably adds a bit to the fantasy of growing or changing if they decipher it that way.
