well I doubt there will be any surprise but I am assuming it will be Phil Heath again... hard to beat the reigning champ ..and Phil is "gifted"

Hoping Kai finally wins this year. He's always had trouble competing with Phil in conditioning though.

saw the prejudging video this morning and it looks to me that Phil is a lock
the battle is for second kai, wolf,roden it is a toss up
