I found this awesome gem tucked away somehow. The pushupcrunches file is kind of ok but the main training file is some magical shit. It took me down real quick.

I listen to Master Mikey's file regularly. Love it and the rest of his tumblr blog as well.

I loved the file, but there was too much "go to the gym 6 days a week, do cardio 4 days a week, do situps and pushups every morning, etc." I have a good routine that's gotten me results, 3 days a week but high volume. I trust my ability to follow an experienced lifter's routine more than I do some hypnotist's improv.

Consider your response upvoted +100.

Pro bodybuilders generally use multiple coaches. One for nutrition, one for lifting, one for posing, and sometimes a hypnotist for mental focus.

And only a beginner should be using a cookie-cutter lifting/cardio routine.

I agree and for me that is just a general 'motivation' toward activity, not for a specific lifting or cardio routine. For me, the jock file helps for that mental focus. I would love it if coach Mikey would post addition files.
