Should I lose weight first?

I've been interested in jock hypnosis for a long time but only recently started getting serious about it. I've been looking at Jack Drago's "Bull Power" and was wondering if it is worth spending the $20 on when losing weight is much more important than putting on muscle. Would it be safer to lose weight before I start a jock routine?

The standard advice these days would be to start the muscle-building weight training as your primary focus, because muscle, by its mere existence, burns some calories. You should also be doing some calorie-burning things like running, exercycle, etc. on some days of the week, and be running a calorie deficit each day--and eating properly, in proper quantities, is often the hardest part of muscle building. Plan your food out, so you don't fall into or continue (what I assume are the standard American) bad eating habits.

But the biggest single bit of advice would be: whatever it takes, build the habit of going to the gym. Consistency, long term, is the key to achieving your goals.

There are a bunch of hypnofiles here, both paid and free, that are worth examining closely to see if they speak to your soul and will help you get there.

And remember--all of us voyeurs out here would love to hear all about your progress. We would be happy to support you!

So I've really enjoyed my bull power experience. It was totally worth the $20, you get a couple of files, a good spiral, and some other fun files (Jockstrap penis growth). It was the first file I really blacked out to. It does train you to like hypno as well as workout, so it is good for the newbie.

Rereading my previous post, I want to clarify that I am absolutely not throwing shade at Jack Drago. I very much like his style, and have bought a number of his files.

What I really meant was: there are many hypnofiles here, in different styles, using different approaches, and they are all worth investigating. When you find a 'tist who seems to fit with you, give it a try.

Specifically about Bull Power: $20 really isn't that big an investment. It sounds like it strikes a chord in you. Go for it!
