What do you hear in a trance? Absolutly nothing? Only the words?

This varies from person to person, much like many aspects of a trance. Myself, I am still fully aware of what's around me while in trance. One of my subjects reports only listening to the hypnotist, but still hearing other things -- it's just harder to listen to them, he says. It depends on the person what you will hear.

What files would you suggest for helping me to get into a trance?

The Induction files will be the best practice for learning how to enter trance, with deepeners being very useful. Try a few inductions and choose one that you like.

As for hypnotic conditioning, TrigFreeze is a good starting point, since it's easier to play along, which will strengthen the effect. You can move on to other files after you're used to trance, but inductions are the best starting point.
