File Request! {Cartoon}

Hiya! im KIND of new here...and i was hoping to make a request...

could somebody make a file so you could turn into a cartoon character? or anime?
or ANY drawn character?
i mean. not just the characters you see in TV or video games.
even if the character belongs to someone else...you could just look at ANY picture of ANY character and say some kind of word outloud (cause sometimes people might accidentally say it in their head)
and they would become that character!

Loo like that character. Feel like they ARE that character.

if its a girl they'd feel like it. if it was a girl with huge breasts they would feel like they hd huge breasts.
same for a guy. feel and lok like ANY guy character. just like a girl. if they had a huge...well...penis it would feel like they had one!

or whatever else they had or wore!

PLEASE? This sounds like it would be an awsome file!
