Trance Apnea?

Postby bittergrey » February 14th, 2010, 11:31 pm

Sometimes, well into the induction or body, my low, regular breathing will be interrupted by a sudden inhalation. In contrast to a previous post, there isn't any feeling of anxiety or tightness in the throat. Has anyone else noticed this, and is it an indication of sleep apnea?

I have the same issue.

Though it doesn't nessisarily mean you have Trance Apnia. Sometimes what happens to me is I'll breathe rather shallow and once I wake up a bit more I'll obviously will need a sudden burst of air.

Afterall when in trance your breathing can become as shallow as slumber. Just try breathing that shallow while going about your day. You will practically sufficate.
